Campbell™ Leadership Index (CLI®)
The Campbell Leadership Index (CLI) is a robust 360 degree leadership feedback tool that helps measure personal characteristics that are directly related to the nature and demands of leadership.  Developed by renowned psychologist, Dr. David Campbell, the CLI survey can be used for individual development and coaching or as part of an organization-wide effort to assess and benchmark leadership talent as a collective resource.  The tool measures leadership-related dimensions, including resilience, affability, leadership, dependability, and energy, that can be used to help:   1) pinpoint areas for personal development,  2) assess executive fit in high performance work cultures,  3) provide needs analysis across existing management teams,  4) help identify leadership potential, providing insight into succession planning, and 5) identify gaps in perception between leaders and others.

Extended-DISC
